She obtained a law degree from the University of Parma and is admitted to practice law in Italy (Bar Association of Padua).

Elisabetta is a member of AGI (Italian Labour Law Practitioners) and mainly handles court cases of labour law and social security, and provides legal assistance and consulting in labour law, disciplinary measures, individual dismissals and collective redundancies, transfers of undertakings, and in all the matters relating to corporate reorganisations and restructurings.

She also handles Sports law-related cases.

She works in English and Spanish.
